Why would you join Rotary ?

Rotarians are members of Rotary clubs.

New members can get involved in their clubs, communities and the world through Rotary. Rotary's motto "Service Above Self" exemplifies the humanitarian spirit of the organization's more than 1.4 million members. Strong fellowship among Rotarians and meaningful community and international service projects characterize Rotary worldwide. The club is the cornerstone of Rotary, where the most meaningful work is carried out.

Membership of Rotary is open by invitation to adult persons of good character and good business, professional and/or community reputation. Each member shall be classified in accordance with the member's business, profession, or type of community service with the intention that there is a diversity of backgrounds and experiences.

How do you join Rotary ?

To see if Rotary is for you, please get in contact with Rod (our Membership Director - details below) and come along to a club breakfast as a guest, where you can gain a better understanding of the activities and fellowship of our members.

The Director or a member who already knows you may then submit your name to the Board for consideration. If passed by the Board, an Invitation to Membership will be offered to you. If you wished to proceed further your name would then be submitted to the members for their approval.
