On Wed 3rd June 2026, President Elect Danny Driscoll presented a draft of the updated strategic plan for Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast.

The plan is the result of a lot of work by both the planning committee and the broader club membership, with inputs including the current strategic plan and a SWOT analysis by members. Key inputs for the plan are the Rotary priorities of Impact, Reach, Engagement and Adapt.

The club’s vision statement is: To be an inclusive and progressive Rotary club that fosters deep community connections and drives sustainable impact both locally and globally.

Each committee will be asked to prepare an annual action plan with quantifiable activities and targets that reflect the strategic objectives of the club. Danny emphasised that the plan as presented is a draft and feedback from club members is welcome over the next two weeks.
